Description


This is a 3 hour elective continuing education class offered by Instructor Katie Otto, DAS Institute for Continuing Education. This CE class will be held at Southeast Missouri REALTORS® office. This course is $10 for members through 3/27 and $15 after 3/27. This course is at the board office and seating is limited.

 

Course Description:

Join us for an insightful Continuing Education class led by a mortgage professional , as we delve into the invaluable VA Home Loan Benefit and its significance for both military personnel and real estate professionals alike. In this session, participants will gain a thorough understanding of the VA loan program, empowering them to effectively serve veteran and active-duty clients with confidence and expertise.

Throughout the course, attendees will explore the myriad benefits and opportunities afforded by VA home loans, from favorable financing terms to streamlined approval processes. Our instructor will provide a comprehensive overview of the VA loan program, covering eligibility requirements, loan limits, and key features that differentiate VA loans from conventional financing options.

Pricing

Early Bird Special: $10 for members and $20 for non-members per 3 hour course if enrolled by 3/27.

$15 for members and $25 for non members per 3 hour course after 3/27.
